LEAH HALILI RELEASES HEARTFELT NEW SINGLE, “WHEN THE DAY ENDS”

Manila, Philippines — Indie-pop artist Leah Halili, known for her work with The Ransom Collective, is excited to announce the release of her latest single, "When The Day Ends". This heartfelt track poignantly explores themes of love and longing, resonating with anyone who has ever been separated from someone special. Inspired by the experience of being in a long-distance relationship across different time zones, the song conveys a powerful message of hope and connection.

"When The Day Ends" features a dreamy blend of indie-pop and shoegaze, characterized by lush instrumentation and Leah's emotive vocals. The creative journey began with a guitar solo that inspired the standout line: "catch a glimpse of the hazy, brilliant, soft and clear pink skies above and know that I am wishing for you." Produced by the talented Zsaris, and engineered by Nick Lazaro, the collaboration was key in shaping the track's unique sound. JP Del Mundo, who mixed and mastered the song, added an additional layer of polish, enhancing the overall listening experience.

Despite the logistical challenges of working across multiple time zones—with Zsaris and Lazaro in Manila, Del Mundo in New York, and Leah in the Bay Area—the synergy resulted in a beautifully crafted piece of music.

"Creating this track was a deeply personal journey," Leah Halili shares. "It was about finding comfort in the distance, knowing that love exists beyond the physical space we share."

Although Leah currently has no immediate plans for live performances, she is preparing for the release of an eight-track album, set to launch in February 2025. The album promises to delve further into themes of love, connection, and the complexity of human emotions.

"When The Day Ends" is now available on all major streaming platforms, inviting fans to immerse themselves in a melodic journey that celebrates the beauty of longing and the hope of reunion.
